EU RETURN POLICY

You have 14 DAYS after receiving your package to tell us you want to return an item.

No Returns on Custom Pieces or ART pieces: These sales are final. Concerning the COLLECTION 001 and the COLLECTION 009

Return Shipping: You pay for the return shipping costs, unless the item has a defect or we made a mistake.

Item Condition: Clothing must be returned in perfect condition: unworn (except to try it on quickly), unwashed, and undamaged. We will refuse the return if it has signs of wear, stains, or smells.

Refunds: Once we receive and check the item, you will get a full refund (including the original basic shipping cost) within 14 days on your original payment method.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY

International Sales: Due to the logistical complexities and customs fees involved in international shipping, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or exchanges for orders shipped outside the European Union.
